Happy New Year!

RJ & I will be going out tonight, while Grandma Rose & Kaylee hang out. I bet they both crash out before the New Year comes Ringing! But that is just fine, sometimes it is nicer to stay home away from all the Crazy Krazys!  Hope you ring in the New Year Safely!

I know Roxy will not be enjoying the fireworks popping in the distance. I might have to give her a "special biscuit" to help easy her anxiousness. Her is a picture of her Pre-Fireworks-
aww she would be embarrassed if she knew I toke this picture
and posted it on the internet! hehe
Take Care and Lots of pictures!! XOXO Val & Roxy

New babies and Christmas eve at GiGi's

Kaylee's First Christmas
We headed to my Mom's house to open presents with her. Kaylee looked so cute, she had her Christmas dress on that her Aunti Kristie gave her (((a lot of her clothes came from her Cousins in California, we love hand-me-downs)))  We hope you all enjoyed your Christmas with your families this year. I want to say that this year despite divorces and long distant family, this was our best Christmas ever! I thank God for the wonderful, beautiful gift he gave to RJ and I this year, I love my Baby Kaylee. She brings so much joy in to all our lives. Here are a few pictures of Kaylee opening her gifts.

Also, I wanted to share with you all Kaylee's new cousin Madison Lynn Hopkins. God blessed my Brother and Sister-n-law with a beautiful gift as well. They had a healthy beautiful baby girl on 12.19.11

We made a trip to Grandma Allens to open presents.
Kaylee was all dressed up.

Love this face, "can I help you"

This was her favorite.. wrapping paper and bows

Happy Happy Family
My Brother and Sister-n-law Melissa welcomed Madison Lynn Hopkins in to the world on 12.19.11 at 9:15pm, She weighed 7.04lbs and was around 19inches long. (may not be exact) My Mom and I headed to the Hospital that evening, Madison waited for us to get there before she made her appearance. There were many smiles and a few happy tears that night. Clint and Missy are very proud parents. They have one of the greatest Christmas Gifts ever!

Aunti Ashely, Aunti Val, & Proud Mommy Melissa

Hope everyone had a Wonderful Christmas Day with Friends and Family.

Until next Year 2012,

We Found Santa....

..... And Kaylee did not want to have anything to do with Him!!
The instant I put her in his lap she went hysterical, I kind of knew that was going to happen. She isn't fond of strangers already. But every baby has to have the classic Santa photo, right.

Here are the photos:

Of course this is our Christmas card photo!!
poor baby!

Santa Hunting

We went Santa Claus hunting this past weekend ... to sum it up we didn't find him.
RJ heard on the radio that he was visiting the Domain apparently he was but we just didn't find him. We assumed he would be at Macys, since we went there last year for the Christmas Tree lighting. No, he wasn't there. I asked an Employee at Macys if Santa was here, she giggled in response, "no but try Barton Creek"....  which I knew that, but we weren't there... we were here! Plus it was rainy, cold, and muggy so we decided to just load it up and go eat! Of course this is how we solve any problem we have, we just go eat and figure it out from there. We headed to one of our favorite Tex-Mex places to end the day. Here are a couple pictures of our trip <3

Baby Girl and I before we left to The Domain, She makes the picture look good!
Love Love Love her smile!

Roxy was looking at RJ with the "am I going too face"
I was trying to get a cute pose. LOL babies and dogs are the hardest to take pictures of
and trying to get them both and the same time... FORGET IT

Baby Girl and Pops all bundled up to see if we can find Santa...
Maybe next weekend

Cruising in the DUB being very patience =] She loves her car rides

well our first Christmas Family picture, our waitress took, came out
blurry but what the heck! ha ha ha
(I didn't ask her to take it she offered... I know what it's
like for people to ask you all the time to take their pictures)

The Santa hunt will continue, stay tuned!

- HO HO HO Merry Christmas!
